Above & Beyond Houston LLC dba Above & Beyond Creative is the brainchild of former commercial real estate professional, Meredith Crockett. It started in January 2022 and has quickly become the go-to for all things creative & events in the Houston commercial real estate industry. 

Meredith is widely known within the Houston Commercial Real Estate industry for her attention to detail and ability to curate meaningful lasting relationships. Her mindfulness and genuine hospitality have been a foundation for turning colleagues into clients. Empowered by her contagious spirit of kindness, Meredith continues to create imaginative events, speckled with one-of-a-kind details for all types of clients.

Based in Houston and working with some of the most iconic properties and teams around, Meredith produces custom events, grand openings, non-profit galas, client and tenant relations programs and more.

In addition, Above & Beyond Creative offers building owners and managers consulting and portfolio development for TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) through BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).  These consulting services are available to Houston and Austin participants.
